Jenn Figueroa – Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner for New Business Development

Jennifer is a RepNetwork co-founder and serves as the company’s Managing Partner for New Business Development. In this role, she uncovers emerging product lines and markets for the medical, surgical and pharmaceutical industries and cultivates supplier and distributor relationships to ensure Rep Network reps get the first call when the best lines come to market. A “hunter” with a proven track record in building innovative supplier networks, Jennifer doesn’t just find our reps’ best opportunities… she creates them.

In 2013, Jennifer became an independent distributor and built a wildly successful nationwide network of pharmacy suppliers and reps, introducing new operational infrastructure, supplier onboarding and recruiting procedures. A strategic thinker and results-driven executive, Jennifer ensures every Rep Network supplier relationship is optimized for all involved.

A former head radiologic technologist, Jennifer saw first-hand how breakdowns in the medical supply chain result in negative consequences for healthcare providers and patients. During her 13-year career in medical device and surgical sales, she combined her practitioner expertise with real-time operating room experience to develop provider-oriented sales strategies, and consistently closed her year-end well over quota, even while devoting time to training her peers.

Tamara Paul – Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Tamara is a RepNetwork co-founder and serves as the company’s Managing Partner for Finance and Operations. An experienced entrepreneur and small business owner, Tamara brings to Rep Network a long track record in developing protocols for successful business management, including financial stability, corporate structure, operational frameworks and process management. She is our guru of organizational discipline and enablement.

Tamara has long recognized her greatest success in helping others succeed. As an independent network manager, she established an infrastructure to train and manage over 300 reps. She was highly regarded in her 13 years as a sales representative and territory manager for several of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, frequently achieving top rankings for herself and her team. Her drive for cultivating entrepreneurial opportunities has also led her to build profitable businesses in real estate management, travel, equipment management and entertainment. A former model, Tamara is an eloquent and energizing speaker on small business success.

Brian Gettleman – Chief Marketing Officer & Managing Partner for Sales Enablement

Chief Marketing Officer | Rep NetworkBrian is a RepNetwork co-founder and serves as the company’s Managing Partner for Sales Enablement. With a 13-year streak of exceeding 100% of quota in medical devices and biologicals sales, Brian has walked the walk and knows what it takes to succeed in healthcare business development. At RepNetwork, he partners with our reps to help them make the most of their existing physician relationships and add to their profitable provider networks.

Whether selling for Fortune 500 companies or startups, Brian has built his book of loyal customers by always putting the physician first, maintaining an honest and open dialogue, anticipating industry issues and providing innovative, turnkey solutions that help physicians better treat patients and accelerate their practices. At RepNetwork, Brian provides the direction that independent sales professionals need to become true physician partners, work through account-level challenges and mine their networks for higher returns.

Manju Woods- Chief Compliance & Education Officer

Manju has over 10 years of healthcare administration experience and has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Previously, she was the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement at The Ohio State University. Her leadership abilities are complemented by her organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness of follow-through on commitments. She demonstrates self-motivation, drive, and an unwavering commitment to whatever she undertakes.

Andy Schlagel – Senior Vice President of The1 Management Services

Andy has 20 years of professional sales experience, eleven years of successful sales and sales management in the surgical device space working for large publicly traded, mid-sized privately held, and start-up organizations. Prior to that, nine years of successful sales working in the business outsource services and technology training and software markets for both publicly traded and privately held organizations. Experience in developing and managing teams, creating and executing commercialization strategies, and identifying and developing new markets.

Manika Glass – Vice President of The1 Management Services

Vice President of The1 Management Services | Rep NetworkManika Glass is the definition of a highly driven and self-motivated leader with a background in education and a Master’s in Management of Non-Profit Organizations. During her career as an Independent sales representative and distributor Manika lead a top performing distributor group who exceeded sales expectations quarterly. Prior to her sales career Manika spent 10 years as an educator in the classroom and administration. Manika’s varied background in education, administration, sales, recruiting and management has provided the perfect foundation to help others realize there potential with a focus on recruiting, training, and operation development.

Barbara V. Pimentel – Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Senior Vice President of Human Resources | Rep NetworkBarbara’s corporate background includes work at: Mitsubishi International Corporation where she worked in Human Resources then the Public Relations Dept. where her responsibilities included Employee Relations, managing the Corporate Philanthropy program and building a nation-wide Corporate Volunteer Program. Continuing in the spirit of volunteerism, Barbara volunteers with the youth in her community and also does leadership development coaching for young women. Barbara also brings to the table experience in Human Resources and Administration from other Fortune 500 companies such as Omnicom, Time Warner Corporate and Time Magazine.

Rebecca Mohiuddin – Vice President of Human Resources

PartnerRebecca Mohiuddin is a results-oriented Human Resource professional with over 19 years of experience across multiple industries. She has her BA in Communications and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a long-standing member of the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) where she has served on the board as well as multiple committees. Rebecca has effectively managed and led teams across the country in areas of business strategy, risk management, employee relations, training and development, process improvement, change management and succession and retention strategies.

Andrew Michinard – Vice President of Client Experience

Andrew MichinardAndrew brings close to 20 years of sales success and leadership in the medical field. Prior to starting his own medical distributorship, Andrew was a president’s club device rep for multiple companies. After years in the field, Andrew realized it was time to chase his true passion of providing hope and solutions for people that struggle with alcoholism and addiction. As Vice President of Client Experience, Andrew brings a unique skill set in helping our treatment centers achieve the highest levels of Customer Success. “eHome Aftercare will change the lives of thousands of people that struggle with alcoholism and addiction and I am so excited to be a part of it.
